The conditions half of the fishing report runs itself — water temperature, wind and tides come straight off NOAA CO-OPS stations every fifteen minutes. The half that machines cannot do is the part you are holding: what actually came out of the water.
If you caught something worth mentioning, send it here. It does not have to be a trophy. “Steady sea mullet in the Avon trough on shrimp, two hours before high” is genuinely more useful to the next person than a photo of one big drum.

What happens to it
Reports post automatically, seconds after you hit send — nobody reads them first. A report needs a name or set of initials behind it or it will not submit, and it has to pass a short spam filter (no links, no wall of text, no obvious junk wording) plus a one-line human-check question. Fail either one and the form simply will not go through.
Approved reports appear in the Confirmed Catches section exactly as you wrote it, under your name or initials, dated the day you sent it in. Nothing trims an exact spot down to a general stretch anymore — if you would rather not burn a hole, say the general stretch yourself. A vacationer deciding where to fish tomorrow morning only needs to know the region.
